Heavenly Father,
This week, we lift up everyone who is carrying a burden that may be difficult for others to see.
Be near to those who are hurting, worried, lonely, grieving, or uncertain about what tomorrow may bring. Give them strength when they feel weak and peace when their hearts are troubled.
Open doors where there seem to be no answers. Give wisdom to those facing difficult decisions and comfort to those who are waiting for something they desperately need.
Help each person remember that You see them, You hear them, and they are never forgotten.
Give us hearts that are willing to pray for one another and hands that are willing to help when we can.
